    Pressure cook Channa with enough water

    After it cools. Take a fist full of the cooked chana. Smash it and add it back.

    Add salt and chilli powder and mix.

    Pressure cooki potatoees. Take the skin out and smash it, add it to channa mix

  • 5

    Add onion, coriander, and carrot

  • 6

    Add cumin powder, chat masala, pepper.

  • 7

    Mix well
