Pre-cook mushrooms in separate pan.

Pre-cook pasta while doing below steps.

Heat up oil in pan. Saute onions.

Add garlic and cook until onion starts to brown.

Add tomatoes and sautee before adding broth. Add parmesean and Romana to broth and cook, then add cream and marinara. Mix on low heat until all the granules are gone.
