Steam aloo in Cooker. Peel and dice

Heat oil, add Jeera, then sautee onions.

Add in vegetables, aloo, ghee, and all spices. Mix well.

Wash rice and add

Cook in pressure cooker. Use basmati for aromatic flavor of Pulao. For non sticky pulao use about 1 3/4 cup of water for 1 cup rice. For sticky rice pulao use 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice.
