Steam aloo in Cooker. Peel and dice

Heat oil, add Jeera, then sautee onions.

Add in vegetables, aloo, ghee, and all spices. Mix well.

Cook in pressure cooker. If using basmathi use 1.5 cups water (for 2 cups rice). If using non-basmathi use 1 cup water (for 2 cups rice).
